Paella!

Be generous with the olive oil in the paella pan
Add the paella rice..
fry until the rice starts to brown
Add onions and garlic
Add stock and simmer
feed with more stock as the rice absorbs it
frying albondigas meatballs

09. Chorizo
10. Chorizo & Vegetables Roasting
11. Add red wine to the chorizo
12. Cook mussels
add spices
add prawns
15. Aubergines frying
16. Chorizo ready for starters
17. Prawns just finished
18. Arranging larger seafood on top
19. Before keeping warm on the barbeque
20. while eating starters.
21. The paella is brought to the table
